Many of the bee hotels arrived dented (provided pictures) & more than half the mugs were poorly printed- missing words, smooshed, unreadable (not helpful with bee identification), we reported these issues & opted for them to reship our order with items that weren't damaged, they told us they would NOT as they had a $250 minimum! We ordered the minimum the first time! Why should we have to reorder $250 to get our original order?! We planned an entire Save the Bee campagna around these items?!
