I ordered before and liked their product but Fed Ex isn’t great in my area. I reached out about a new order to see if we could use a different shipper and they were great! We were able to switch to UPS and delivery was flawless.

Better than expected. I was worried ordering so many that some of succulents would be in bad shape. Only 4 succulents came damaged which is great honestly.

Arrived in good shape. Currently have them in quarantine for awhile to make sure nothing arises before adding them with our other plants. So far they are doing well. A few are even getting ready to flower.
