This dessert is an almond skullcap that is born exclusively in our laboratory, using quality raw materials from our Sicilian territory. The added value of this dessert, in addition to almond, is the honey cream that is used together with the “Tarocco” orange peel, which makes it exclusive, without added flours, suitable for the intolerant to gluten. Ingredients: almonds, sugar, eggs, butter, honey cream, vanilla, orange peel and grated lemon, natural citrus flavors and a covering of white chocolate and sliced almonds on the outside.
