Most of the plants arrived in immaculate condition. Had some issues with some of the plants. It’s houseplants, so that’s gonna happen on occasion, but the company was quick to accommodate my concerns and refunded me on the damaged ones quickly.

We order over $3500 worth of plants but received around $2300 due to product being out of stock. We had very minor issues with some sprengeri fern that was very yellow. Will definitely order again. The shipping was easy compared to other plant shippers. We paid around $400 and are in Columbus Ga. Only issue is they aren’t responding to our emails. They definitely don’t respond to messages on faire. I’m assuming calling will be the best bet.
