New Mexico Red Chile Sauce
Naturally, I’m biased being from Albuquerque originally. I live up in Idaho now and started my own small business. I am excited to showcase our iconic foods! No one up here has really had any before so I’m anticipating that they will be enjoyed. I made hand pies and added the red sauce in the crust and mixed the green with the eggs and potatoes. Yum! We bought the mild and it truly is mild. Even my 2 1/2 year old daughter could enjoy a few bites! We have our grand opening next weekend!! Yay!
