Heating Instructions Microwave: place unopened pouch in a microwave-safe dish and pierce top a few times. Place in microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes. Let pouch rest, unopened, for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove, carefully cut pouch open and place contents in a serving dish. Stovetop, Conventional: open pouch and pour contents into a medium saucepot. Heat on medium-low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving. Stovetop, Simmer in Pouch: fill a large pot with water and bring to a low simmer. Place unopened pouch in water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Do not allow water to boil. Remove pouch from water and allow to rest unopened for 1 minute before serving.
