Description
In this stunning figure, Shiva takes the form of Nataraja, Lord of Dance, to bring about the destruction of an enervated universe and make way for new creation. The four-armed god stands encircled by a flaming aureole and balances his right leg upon a demon which symbolizes ignorance. The glossy dark black finish looks like real ebony and accentuates the excellent detail of the piece. Made from cold-cast resin, the statue stands 5.5 inches tall, 4.5 inches wide, and 2.5 inches deep. This piece of Hindu art makes a wonderful cultural religious home accent with a stunning design that will be cherished.
