While the products were cute, I contacted the company multiple times over the course of a week and they didn't respond one single time. Even after I got Faire to reach out to them, they still never responded to my multiple messages. My item shipped late, the shipping never updated when I was trying to track it, and again couldn't get the company to reply. Very poor customer service and fulfillment time was not accurate for what they indicated.
