It is not too sweet, but it is peppered with juicy, chewy raisins that make it perfect eaten warm, cold or toasted with butter. Mark it with a cross and you have the perfect traditional soda bread! Hand crafted in small batches in Ailey, GA. Made to order - 1 year shelf life. Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, calcium), raisins, sugar.
