I had ordered a set of sheets from them that hadn’t arrived in Italy from the states so I contacted them to see if they could remake a few sets and ship from the Uk to Italy and hope they arrive faster. They went above and beyond. They remade the sheets from scratch and had them at the front door in less than 1.5 weeks. The other sheets did eventually arrive 2 weeks after the rush order. I only order bedding from them and two other very small companies for my high end clients.
