I placed my order with this company in August to be shipped early October. My shipment was delayed 3 times and I just received it today, which cut my selling season at least 4 weeks short. Additionally 65 hats in the order were cancelled. We sent messages through Faire and even called their home office while waiting for the hats to arrive. No return phone calls despite our request. Just a little line in Faire saying the shipment would be late. Not one mention of product shortage in 3 months
