I was excited to receive my mystery box. I asked if they are machine washable items before I ordered. Our clients don’t like hand wash items. I was told everything is machine washable. When I received it 95% of the items say hand wash only. When I messaged them i was sent a message saying, “They are all machine washable. Thank you.” And then another message was sent and I was told that the wrong tags were sewn in. I sent photos through Faire and no additional reply. They aren’t selling.
