Over the years we have had many requests for Elderberry Shrub. We are thrilled to announce that we have achieved perfect results just in time for summer sipping. Elderberries have a complex flavor profile described as tart followed by a deep, fruity sweetness reminiscent of blackberries or black currants. Most enjoy shrub served simply with chilled sparkling water and this new light, bright flavor does not disappoint. Cocktail enthusiasts will enjoy it as part of a simple vodka cocktail – vodka, elderberry shrub, lemon juice and chilled seltzer water for bubbles. Shrub is a simple non-alcoholic drink mixer. It is most popularly mixed with chilled sparkling water. It is also a natural sweetener and flavored booster when added to iced tea and lemonade. Products look lovely, but was unhappy to find items selling well below SRP on their website. I had to change what I could sell them for in shop. Customer are tech savvy and will look up items when they shop.
