Timelines vary based on quantity and embroidery complexity. Thread colors are selected from our standard embroidery palette. Collaborative embroidery orders are final once approved and produced. Back embroidery is available upon request with additional cost.

Finding an embroider who does quality and clean work can be challenging. However, we are thrilled with the quality of work that Kevin and the crew at Dalix recently provided to our museum store! The embroidery is clean and sharp despite all the fine lines that our logo requires. Then there was the blazing fast production and shipping times! The entire process went smoothly and quickly with Kevin sending mock-ups for approval and updates on the status of our order. We are very pleased. Recommend!
