Description

Mantova Cheese Tortellini are traditional, freshly dried tortellini with cheese filling made in Italy with all-natural, high-quality ingredients, including durum wheat semolina flour, farm-fresh eggs, breadcrumbs, ricotta cheese, and Pecorino Romano. With the smooth creaminess of the ricotta and sharp bite of the Pecorino Romano, the classic, knotted shape and tender texture of our Cheese Tortellini bring delicious, savory flavor to the table. Put them with tomato, cheese, butter, or pesto sauce for stove-top pasta dishes. Toss them in a pan with sauce, cheese, meat, and vegetables and put them in the oven for baked pasta dishes. Add them to broth and make soups. Mix them with tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, cucumbers and any other vegetables, and create cold, pasta salads. No matter how you choose to enjoy them, the savory, cheesy flavor and tender texture of our Cheese Tortellini will surely satisfy you! Buon appetito!

Reviews for similar products from Fine Italian Food: Pasta

The products are good BUT be aware shipping from this company runs 30-40% of your order cost. Most of my vendors, which we have many, usually run about 15-25% MAX of the total order cost. We ourselves ship glass and have a FedEx account and our shipping rate even for our tiny business runs 15-20% of the cost of the goods. I don't understand how a larger company is not getting better shipping rates than this OR they are making some extra money on the shipping.

The best! and their fine Italian Cuisine is starting to build a following in little Humboldt County, CA. I remember the first day I sold $100 of Mantova Foods and now it’s not uncommon! Highly recommend
