We bought this set to show off in our in-store/office location. Grinder is already broken. There is no immediate service response or phone number to call. I watched videos to fix the issue and basically concluded it's defective. I would not order from this brand with slow customer service and quality of products is not the same as other brands at this price point.

Unfortunately the grinds--especially when grinding whole beans for an espresso, consistently jammed the device and the design makes it exceptional hard to remove the build up.
