5 star product + 0 star customer service = 1 star review! We love Forage Kombuchas drinks, but we have gotten zero customer service, even though we have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times! One box was never shipped with the rest of our order, and we cannot seem to get ahold of them to ship it, or refund us. Also, the shipping charge was a few dollars shy of the product order itself! Very pricey shipping! If Forage can offer better shipping and customer service, we will continue ordering!

Raspberry Kombucha
Of the flavors I’ve tried, I’d call this a very mild kombucha. It tastes almost like a flavored sparkling water or juice, without much of the kombucha twang. The raspberry and Jasmine rose are good and interesting flavors. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GRAPEFRUIT FLAVOR. It is absolutely horrible and I ended up choking the case down myself because I was embarrassed at the thought of selling it to my customers. Because the cans are so striking, they sold fast and I’m waiting for the next shipment.

Raspberry Kombucha
We received the products a day late and they were no longer cool. The cans were a jumbled mess with busted and damaged cans. We had to wash them all to get the sticky off. I sent a message immediately to company and never got a response . The cans are beautiful and the flavors sound amazing but was disappointed by lack of flavor. They just taste like sparkling water or carbonation.
