Wholesale Umbrella Alley, Quebec City Greeting Card

The sketch, available as a greeting card, depicts Umbrella Alley in Quebec City, it's an art installation located in the Petit-Champlain district. The alley, known as "Rue du Cul-de-Sac" in French, was transformed into a colorful attraction in 2015 when local merchants decided to hang dozens of vibrant umbrellas above the narrow street. This initiative was inspired by similar projects in other cities and aimed to create a unique, Instagram-worthy spot that would attract visitors to the area. The alley is home to several charming restaurants and cafes, that include Q-De-Sac Resto Pub, Bistrot Pape Georges and Chez Samy casse-croûte de quartier. Visitors to Umbrella Alley can typically enjoy a variety of local cuisine while admiring the colorful canopy of umbrellas overhead, creating a whimsical and memorable dining experience in the heart of Old Quebec. PAPER & DESCRIPTION * Print and cards are of my original handmade marker sketches. * For my original work I use Copic, and Winsor and Newton alcohol-based ink markers. * Prints are signed by the artist. PACKAGING Prints: All prints are packaged with love, sealed in an eco-friendly, compostable cello sleeve made of plant fibers with thick backing cardboard and mailed in a non-bend envelope to ensure the print remains in perfect condition. Greeting Cards: All cards are blank inside and a kraft envelope is included. All greeting cards are packed in a clear cellophane bag.
