Caution: Poor Quality & Fulfillment We sell 5,000+ journals annually. This vendor had delays, poor communication, and quality failures. Only 25% of the order arrived. Marked as delivered, but no notice of partial shipment until multiple inquiries. Nearly 85% of journals were damaged—smudges, stains, glue, pen marks, holes, faulty clasps. Undisclosed branding—spines had vendor logos despite listings showing blank spines. Spent 3+ hours documenting 82+ photos. Buyer beware—unreliable vendor.

The wait time was long, and I was almost going to cancel, but then they arrived and the quality, craftsmanship and design blew me away. I've already sold 6 of them. Will be ordering more! They are worth the wait!

Although it took almost a month to receive the merchandise, the craftsmanship is beautiful and well made. The large backpack, however, was not as it was pictured. The ones I ordered were supposed to be wider with side pockets and a pocket on the top flap. There were no extra pockets and it was much thinner. I'll keep it because it's still a beautiful piece. The journals are lovely.
