Sugar Phoenix rises through the ashes of traditional espresso with a modern take rooted in traditional culinary techniques. Our beans are the highest competition quality and our roasting style allows for optimal sugar development and a viscous body with a complex and dynamic finish. We employ the culinary principal of the mirepoix for uniquely specific flavors and aromas in the forward, middle, and finish in this dynamic blend. Our espresso is a delicious experience on its own in a demitasse cup and also shines brilliantly in a milk or alt-milk based espresso drink.
