Large Scale Antiqued Sculpture of the Mythical Green Man. This hand crafted piece is 15 inches high, 11 inches wide and weighs in just under 5 lbs. It is double coated in matte varnish for outdoor hanging or indoor. The sculpture is cast in Drystone and composite, which makes is stronger and lighter for shipping. It is sealed, coated in Copper or Bronze, then a tiffany green acid patina is applied. After setting overnight I then burnish it with fine steel wool before sealing the piece entirely in the matte varnish. We make and finish every piece by hand here in my studio, so each finish is unique. Every piece is also hand signed on the back. The Winterstone composite and matte finish means the piece can be moved in and outdoors over the year, but the finish will continue to oxidize. Mixed Case. Shops typically like one of each, the bronze and copper, so any case of 2 will be mixed unless you want to let us know otherwise. :)
