Our products were returned due you having to be closed a week for ice and winter weather. The items were returned to the vendor. We have tried calling and they won’t respond. We waiting over the “14 day” limit. We assumed the vendor would respond and get our products out. Now Faire says we ah e to pay. We will be done with Faire if this happens. Beware. I get the 14 day but we’ve tried to resolve.
