These plush items are not certified for sale in the US Market. When reaching out to communicate the brand was not sure what I was talking about and made it clear they had sold to several other retailers already. With no PA number and proper labeling these are not eligible for US sale.

The products are of poor quality, badly sewn, nothing like the photos, misshapen, with the nap going the wrong way. I request a full refund for my order. Really, I can't even consider putting them up for sale. This is completely ridiculous!
