Our Buckwheat pancake mix is made from stone ground organic grains. We stone grind them right here in Sugar Hill at our restaurant. This allows them to be the freshest and fluffiest buckwheat pancakes possible. They have a nice nutty flavor and pleasing texture. They are very light and airy, not dense. These are for the more adventurous pancake lover whose looking to try something a little different. Due to their nutty flavor they lend themselves to all sorts of savory and sweet flavors.
