Drawing from the bold motifs of the Khasa Throw, the Khasa Placemats bring museum-inspired design to the table. Created as part of our collaboration with The Met, this textile set layers elements from a mid-20th-century Fulani  khasa, or personal covering, in the Museum’s collection—including rich charcoal stripes and warm toffee accents—into a striking and versatile table setting. Woven by hand in Ethiopia from locally sourced cotton, the Khasa Placemats reflect a legacy of craftsmanship in every thread.
