The candles are excellent quality and my customers like them, but the fulfillment process is quite slow. I was aware of this after my first order and placed subsequent ones with that in mind. However, this time, I only received half of my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the brand for an update on the second package, I never received a response, which was disappointing.
