Description
The clean lines and selected materials of the these slim writing instruments make an excellent impression. They are distinguished by clear-cut visual design combined with professional functionalism. The barrel is made of brushed black resin. Cap and grip made of highly polished chrome-plated metal. Cap, with a spring-loaded metal clip fastens securely to the shirt pocket or pen case. The pencil features a twist mechanism with an eraser under the cap. Comes with 0.7mm lead in degree of lead hardness B. Spare eraser and lead refills in different degrees of lead hardness are also available separately. Packaged in an attractive white slip case gift box.

Everything we ordered is wonderful. They were packed and shipped quickly. The products are great quality. My only complaints is that many items I was interested in only came in huge quantities and that’s a little challenging when we’re trying out a new product. Luckily we found some similar options in more reasonable quantities and I’m really happy with the quality.

All of the products (in this portion of my order) came on time as described. While the products speak for themselves, the customer service is sorely lacking, and the price-points are unrealistic in comparison to other places that sell these products, such as Amazon, making it impossible for small retailers to truly compete.

While these are lovely quality art supplies, my experience in selling shows the SRP to be a bit exaggerated, especially when resellers such as Amazon and Quality Art are permitted to carry these items online at deeply discounted rates, far less than SRP. Just something that has to be planned into the projected profitability of carrying these items.
