We have selected delicious figs typical of the Kalamata region, where they benefit from an ideal Mediterranean climate, with very hot summers and mild winters. Bathed in the Greek sun, they reach their perfect ripeness before being delicately hand-picked. Our figs are then sun-dried using the traditional method that enhances the typical aromas of the Kalamata terroir, without compromising their properties (notably rich in fiber and potassium). They are distinguished by their creamy pulp and captivating fragrance, offering a unique taste experience, with a slightly less sweet flavor (compared to other varieties and origins of figs). We have chosen to offer this product in bulk to reduce packaging and encourage more responsible consumption. By opting for bulk, let's take one more step towards a sustainable future!
