the only problem I did have was that the packages for the bracelets was open and they came out the side of the package.

These are so fashionable and cute. Too many designs to choose from. Excellent communication. I'm certain my large order caused some confusion, but great handling of errors, excellent response time. Will definitely be ordering again!! Am also completely amazed at the quality of the bracelets. Note to orders: There's regular sized snaps and minis, pay attention and don't do what I did....ordered more mini accessories and not enough mini snaps. Love them!

A great selection to choose from! There was a backorder on a few items but I was contacted by phone from the company, as well as faire. I was given the option to cancel or wait for the backorder. I waited and the items arrived as expected. The packaging is great. I hope my customers love these as much as I do! Thank you for a lovely product and great customer service!

These arrived packaged safely. A few items were backordered and the company contacted me immediately regarding the situation and offered me the option of cancelling that part or waiting on it. Very easy to deal with and adorable items!
