My first shipment arrived fairly quickly unfortunately there were several statues damaged in the shipping/delivery process. I reached out to report the damage and received a prompt response as to what I needed to do to get replacements shipped out. Shortly after submitting the damage report via Faire I was shipped out the replacements and they arrived withing a week or so unfortunately when I received them 2 statues were broken.

So many items came in broken and after sending evidence with photos and pictures, they said they would send replacements out. I still have not received the replacements and the order was nearly $1500 combined. They have now asked that I send the items back but first send dimensions and weight? I have no idea how to do that. I will not reorder. I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Better care should be given for shipping and customer service could use definite improvement.
