For best results: dissolve powder in a cup of hot water and pour directly on laundry. Pre-treat and Stain Remover: Make a paste with a little powder and hot water, rub in to stain. Let it sit for 20 minutes before adding it to washer. For heavily soiled stains, add 2 TBS of powder per gallon to hot water. Soak heavily stained garments up to 12 hours, then wash with MamaSuds Laundry Soap. DO NOT USE ON WOOL, SILK, LEATHER OR WOODEN BUTTONS.
