I ordered hats listed as having an elastic band, but they arrived with a drawstring instead. The vendor updated the description after I pointed it out, which I appreciate. However, they provided their own return label instead of directing me to Faire’s process, which led to me being unable to recover my $24.87 shipping cost. While the hats were refunded, I recommend confirming product details and processing all returns through Faire to avoid any issues.
