The result is a tart liqueur, with a touch of sweetness and the impression of eating fresh, sun-drenched fruits. Cassis liqueur will accompany your desserts, but will especially find its place for your kirs or cocktails. The Distillery's blackcurrant liqueur is made from fruits picked by hand and at full maturity in our orchards. The fruits were then macerated in organic wheat brandy for several weeks, before being pressed and then filtered. We then added a small amount of cane sugar to let the taste of the fruit express itself. Transparent glass bottles of 50 cl, and 5 cl. Bottling and labelling are done manually.
