Tear Drop Wool Felt Hat - Style Moonshine
Hat was supposedly sent to replace the hat not received. Tracking was checked daily only to be told it was being processed. Suddenly it showed delivered but it wasn’t received. I was here at the store all day and a UPS truck never came by. Further, it was scanned as delivered weeks before the hat was reported missing from the order. I ordered just one of these because I wanted to check it out before placing a larger order. Needless to say, I haven’t ordered anything else.

I ordered some hats (great quality) received them and they were to big for most of my customers. Reached out to customer service and they said they would email me a return label to exchange sizes. 10 days later and 3 messages left.......still waiting......
