Product is fantastic but response time and customer service is awful. I've been working with brands on Faire for years and have never had this type of experience. I started to take it personal until I read some of the other reviews. Now I see this is typical for the brand.

We love this product and want to be able to offer it to our customers. However, Rummo has been unresponsive in messages when we've reached out with questions in Faire's messaging system. (Some of our product was backordered and we reached out for an ETA). Also, the shipping cost is pretty prohibitive and we were forced to break our order up into two because of their case maximum thus raising our shipping costs even more! Would love to make this a staple brand if we can work the issues out.
