after confirming it would arrive in time for our event it didn't ship until 4 days after it was packed and ready. saying they couldn't control the carrier when i can schedule a pick up from my home anytime. so that excuse doesn't work for me. They dropped the ball and it cost me tons of money in sales. when they arrived 2 days after the 4 day event was over, lots of felt hats will have to be reshaped due to dents in the crown and the brims. i may have to send the ones i can't reshape like straw
