(Editing my original review to add that they very quickly replaced the broken product) The items arrived later than expected but not that much later. I could tell they were freshly made. It arrived in two separate packages. (Large order) the first package arrive perfectly fine, the. Second package was in a flimsy cardboard box that tore multiple times ( there was tape from the mail company everywhere) and even though everything was individually bubble wrapped, there were several broken products.

My order came in on time, all my boats were perfect. Bowls smelled really good, one came broken and one bowl had flowers broken but that could be from shipping as well. There were two of the ying yangs weren’t flat enough, I when ahead and sanded the bottom of the vessel. It's really hard to get all products send to you in perfect condition. I understand that, I’m still giving 5 stars. And replacement is on the way. Will be ordering again!

The prices are very reasonable but comes issues did occur with my order. I ordered 15 orange vessels and 15 burgundy vessels. I was sent three extra for the inconvenience of how long it took to process, so when total I had 33 vessels. Out of the 33 vessels 10 were received broken. When communicating on an issues the owner was very understanding and eager to help, even willing to accept advice. Currently awaiting my refund for the seven purchased unusable vessels. This company has potential.
