My experiences are great with the customer service. The jewelry is beautiful and interchangeable, and I love them in my office. I just have some trouble with the reward system. I have spent over a couple thousand dollars and I can’t use a bunch of my rewards to actually get a piece for myself for free. I can only use one reward which does not cover the cost of any pieces and then I would have to pay for shipping. I just feel like at some point of the amount of spending that gifting would be nice
