I used Benjamin International before they joined faire, now its so much easier to order with this company and my other favorites. They are quick, products are as described and they are quick to respond with any issue.

I received a large bowl and it was packed in a small box within a huge box so it was just rattling around and it was smashed to pieces when I opened it. I asked for a replacement which they did replace but I had the same issue. Packed tightly in a box within a larger box that had no packaging paper and it was also broken. I don’t want to deal with any more of this it’s a waste of paper, boxes, material and time. If it were packaged right in the first place I wouldn’t be having this issue.
