The description and picture shown on the box of the 5 gallon and 10 gallon is inaccurate. It specifically states, and big reason I got these, is that it states “hinged lid”. Pic shows black pieces on the back corners indicating the same. Instead, it’s just the piece of glass and sidepieces that it sits on, like many nano tanks. Really disappointed that I’ll be cutting my hands on these too. Included pic showing box description/picture, and actual aquarium with non-hinged lid.
