We gave this retailer a full refund for all the merchandise. We sent her a shipping label to return the products back to us, but she refused and claimed it was "her right to keep these products for free because of the time and energy she wasted in ordering our product." She was so upset that we asked her to repack the merchandise and send it back, she thought why not give our products a 1 star review. If you are a prospective retailer, we hope this 1 star review does not affect your buying decision.
