Tuscia lentil, very similar to Onano Lentil, is a particular variety grown exclusively in the areas of Upper Tuscia Viterbese, outside the Onano Lentil area. Tuscia Lentil is characterized by a very small size, it is rich in nutritional and energy properties such as B vitamins, minerals.
