Description
A wish bracelet is a simple item of jewelry, made with cotton strands and a tiny silver star charm. It allows you to make a wish when you tie it on and receive your wish when the bracelet falls off. The bracelet must be left on until it falls off on its own. Every time you look at your bracelet, you will be reminded of the wish you made. It's Just A Phase
The first time I ordered, it was past the expected date by quite awhile so I reached out and eventually was told I could either cancel or wait. I decided to wait. Eventually it arrived and the customers loved them. They sold out fast! I decided to try again so I placed an order January 8th. It's been over month and it's still processing. They claim it "ships asap" and will fulfill orders 15-21 days. It's just simply NOT true. I will not order again. I prefer honesty about turnaround time.

It took months to recieve my order with very little communication from the seller. Customer service was unsatisfactory. The products came printed with faded ink, not clear pictures, blurring lettering. The strings on the bracelets were frayed and many of them has splotchy discoloration. I had planned to return the entire order but wasn't able to. These didn't sell for the price point and I don't even feel comfortable giving these away as freebies due to the quality.
