To brag a bit...these are truly the best alpaca bears made anywhere. My dad started making these bears in 1979 and has never stopped. While the learning curve was steep the first few years, the process has been refined into this marvelous animal-friendly genuine fur teddy bear. Each little guy is completely hand made with tons of attention and care to detail. It really is a soft sculpture and each one has its own personality. The eyes are carefully trimmed but are left with a natural appearance to emulate the alpaca and their cute eye-covered look. The eyes are applied with plastic washers to avoid corrosion or accidental release. The stuffing is a hypoallergenic fill. These really are special bears for special people.
