I ordered plates and bowls -- lots of breakable items -- and not a single one was broken on arrival due to very thorough packaging/cushioning. In fact, they were packaged so well they were hard to unwrap -- which I APPRECIATE. The items are beautiful and they were one of the first to arrive of many orders I placed with various vendors at the same time. I would order from them again.
