Wholesale Nocte Dulce Blend, 12oz

Nocte Dulce is one of our three, seasonal espresso blends. While it always consists of our farm direct, Latin American microlots, we blend and roast them differently throughout the year to achieve a consistent flavor profile: toffee, chocolate, and nutty flavors paired with a grape or apple acidity that is perfectly in balance with a medium weight body. This coffee is meant to please both those who enjoy a mild, chocolatey sweetness, as well as those who enjoy a hint of perceivable acidity. It is equally enjoyable as a straight double shot, or paired with milk. Either way, you can feel good about this blend, as it supports the core of what Penstock stands for: quality, craft and transparency.
