Wholesale Archimedes Espresso Blend, 12oz

Archimedes is one of our three, seasonal espresso blends. While it always consists of our farm direct, Latin American coffees and an importer sourced, traceable macrolot, we blend and roast them differently throughout the year to achieve a consistent flavor profile: ripe berries, intense chocolate, with a heavy mouthfeel and a ripe, orange acidity. This coffee is roasted a touch darker than either of the single origins to enhance the berry (think blueberry and/or strawberry) flavors and the mouthfeel. It makes an amazing shot by itself, and tastes like a creamsicle with the right amount of milk.
