These are  Himalayan yak cheese chews from Nepal. These chews are handmade by Nepali farmers and are smoke dried. This means they can be inconsistent in ingredients, color, shape, flavor, and dryness.  They are made with yak milk, cow milk, lime juice, and salt. Available in sizes small (~2.7 oz) and medium small (~3.2oz) Outside air-dried and/or smoke-dried. Please note that these have significant color and size variations. They come unpackaged and unlabeled so that you can add your brand. The shelf life is at least two years; store them in a dry place, out of the sunlight, ideally with airflow.
