The very first spicy truffle ever made at Missionary Chocolates, it was inspired by my favorite Mexican restaurant in Sonoma CA! We blend organic cinnamon, chipolte, coconut milk and chocolate for a mole-reminiscent truffle that is perfect with a hot chocolate or a glass of dark red wine.
