Ammonoidea (n) - Ammonoids are a group of extinct species of marine mollusc animals. They are excellent index fossils, and can be used to date geological formations. The Ammonoidea print is inspired by my long-term fascination with fossils, from staring for hours at dinosaur skeletons in museums to picking up ammonites along the Dorset coast. This intricate pencil design features trilobites and orthoceros fossils alongside the eponymous, swirling ammonites. Our A6 postcards are a popular impulse buy.
